Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases on tarigano.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Orders and Contract

After placing an order, you'll receive an order receipt by email. The receipt only confirms that we've received your order. The contract becomes binding on us when we've shipped the item and sent you a shipping confirmation.

Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order. Reasons include items being sold out, pricing errors, suspected misuse or fraud, or an order that appears to be for resale. If we cancel your order, we'll refund the full amount.

We may limit the number of units of an item per customer, household or payment card. This applies especially to limited drops.

3. Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, errors in prices and stock levels, and to change prices without notice. If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order.

4. Payment

We accept payment cards (including Visa and Mastercard), MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when your order ships.

5. Discount Codes and Gift Cards

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes can't be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. We may change or withdraw a discount code at any time, and if a code is misused, we may cancel the order. If you return an item bought with a discount, we'll only refund the amount you actually paid.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We ship to all countries available at checkout. Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships:

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for making sure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected, we'll deduct shipping and return costs before issuing a refund. If you want the parcel re-sent, you pay the shipping.

For deliveries outside the EU, you pay any customs duties, VAT and fees in the destination country. If you refuse to pay and the parcel is returned to us, we'll deduct shipping, return shipping and any fees before issuing a refund.

If your parcel is lost, contact us as soon as possible, and preferably no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date, so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You pay the return shipping.

You may try on and inspect the item as you would in a store. Clothing must not be washed, worn, or smell of perfume, smoke or similar. Jewelry must not have been worn. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary, we'll deduct the loss in value from the refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

8. Complaints About Defects

You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Before returning anything, email help@tarigano.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos.

The right of complaint does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• damage from washing, drying or care that doesn't follow the care instructions, such as shrinking, discoloration and pilling
• for jewelry: tarnishing, discoloration or wear of plating (such as gold plating) from contact with water, sweat, perfume, lotion, chlorine, salt water or cleaning products
• damage from impact, pressure, pulling or other accidents, such as bent, broken or dropped jewelry and tears in clothing
• items that have been altered, repaired or modified by anyone other than us

Minor variations in color, size, embroidery and finish may occur, and colors can look different on different screens. These are not defects.

We must be given the opportunity to inspect the item. If your complaint is justified, we'll cover reasonable shipping costs. If it isn't justified, you pay the shipping both ways.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are liable in accordance with the general rules of Danish law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, loss of time or consequential damages. Our total liability can never exceed the purchase price of the item.

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Examples include strikes, war, pandemics, natural disasters, and outages at carriers, payment providers or Shopify.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on tarigano.com is the property of TARIGANO ApS and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. This includes our name, logo, designs, images, video and text.

If you tag @tarigano_ or use #tarigano on social media, we may share your post with credit. Contact us if you want it removed.

11. Personal Data

We treat your personal data confidentially. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at help@tarigano.com. If we can't find a solution together, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus (the Danish Consumer Complaints Board), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via forbrug.dk.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers living in other countries keep the mandatory rights they have under the laws of their own country.

14. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
