Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • The day on which you receive your item, or

  • In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day you receive the last item, or

  • In the case of delivery of goods in several lots or parts, the day you receive the last lot or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may not simply refuse delivery without also notifying us of your withdrawal.


Return of Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We therefore recommend using a track & trace service.


Condition of the Item

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

The item must be returned:

  • In its original condition

  • Without signs of unnecessary use

  • With all original tags attached

If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary, a reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied documentation of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.


Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with the instructions above.


Complaints – 2-Year Warranty

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 24-month right to make a complaint regarding defects in the product.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
