At TARIGANO, we're grateful for every single person who chooses to wear what we make. Every piece is designed to be worn and if for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

The flexible option if you'd like to use the amount later.
Get the amount back as store credit (a gift card) that you can use on your next purchase in our webshop, including new drops and collections. Return shipping is free.

MONEY BACK · 14 DAYS · DKK 45
Get the amount refunded to the payment method you used for your purchase. Return shipping costs DKK 45, which is deducted from the refund.
BEFORE YOU SEND IT BACK
To be eligible for a return, your piece needs to come back the way you got it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Your order comes in our customized TARIGANO box, because unboxing it is part of the experience. The box is part of the product, so we kindly ask you to send your item back in the same box.
If the box is missing or damaged beyond normal handling, we may deduct up to DKK 50 from your refund to cover the reduced value of the product. Your right to return your item is never affected by this.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
We check every order before it leaves us, but if something slips through, we want to know. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at help@tarigano.com if your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. Send us a few photos, and we'll make it right.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
Custom or personalised pieces, such as special orders, can't be returned unless they're defective. Gift cards can't be returned either. Not sure about your item? Just ask us before you send it.
REFUNDS
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to process it.
GOOD TO KNOW
The return period starts on the day you receive your order.
The return shipping terms above apply to returns within Denmark. If you're returning from outside Denmark, please contact us at help@tarigano.com before sending your item, and we'll help you with the next steps.
